The SHINE, Kerala initiative will provide the aspiring candidates of Kerala with exceptional international work, apprenticeship, and internship opportunities to kickstart their global careers. These opportunities span across developed countries, including Germany, the UK, the USA, Australia, and Japan, and will later expand to Austria, Spain, Finland, Canada, Switzerland, Ireland, New Zealand, Singapore, France, and Mauritius. The scope of these offerings encompasses diverse sectors such as Nursing & Midwifery, Aged Care, Automotive, Mechatronics, Construction, IT & Software, Hospitality, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technology, Photovoltaic Installation and Maintenance, Warehouse Operations, Wind Energy, Physiotherapy, and Heat Pump Technology, among many others.
