MR. PRAVESH DUDANI
FOUNDER & CHANCELLOR
Mr. Pravesh Dudani is the Founder and chancellor of Medhavi Skills University, Sikkim, and the Managing Director of the sponsoring body of the University- Medhavi Foundation. Mr. Dudani is an IIT Kharagpur and Stanford University alumni and brings 15+ years of education skills and leadership experience to MSU. Mr. Dudani founded the Medhavi Foundation in 2012 with the vision of bridging the gap between the employability of rural youths and manpower requirements in industry.
Mr. Dudani is the pillar of cultivating transformative changes. Under his forward-thinking leadership, the Medhavi Foundation has partnered with the National Skill Development Corporation and various state skill missions and Government departments to implement NSQF aligned with skill training initiative and manpower resource betterment. It mandates and has supported 1,00,000+ beneficiaries since 2012 via various short-term, long-term, and Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) training initiatives. The foundation has also become a registered TPA (Third Party Aggregator) with MSDE to promote Apprenticeship adoption under NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme) and caters to 300+ organizations across India.

Mr. Kuldip Sarma, the Co-Founder, and Pro-Chancellor of Medhavi Skills University, is also the dynamic Director of the Medhavi Foundation, the University’s parent organization. His journey with Medhavi commenced in 2012, from where he initiated the institution’s growth. His vision has influenced the strong network of foundations across the 18 states in India.
In the dynamic landscape of higher education, Mr. Kuldip Sarma is focused on empowering the youth through affordable and purposeful education. His current role in Medhavi finds him steering the national and international milestones of the Medhavi group. Mr. Sarma fosters the academic integrity of young dreamers for better development. His vision and mission help to meet the ever-changing needs of the young people.
As a mentor, he helps to connect the choices and careers of students. He is recognised as a social architect, as he aims to positively influence the Indian youth. Dr. Amiya Singh is one of the new-age and next-generation leaders in the Skill-integrated Higher Education space in India. Before joining MSU, Dr. Amiya Singh was a major part of Centurion (Skills) University as Dean (Skill Integration). He has 12 Years of notable experience in education, research, technology, and community development. He is a man of success and the literacy movement in this new era. He has pursued B.Tech. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from ITER, Odisha, and a Ph. D in Wireless Communication Engineering from NIT Rourkela.
Dr. Singh has shaped the fabric of new-age education to define better success. He is an agile leader who fosters rapid advancement. He belongs to a family of academicians in rural Odisha. In this current learning landscape, his efforts were concentrated on reimagining and re-designing the education system to empower the students holistically.
Dr. Amiya Singh is more focused on learning rather than monotonous goals. His adaptability and commitment to inclusivity was recognised by the 40 Under 40 Educators Award by Indian Express, and the IVLP Fellowship by the US Dept. of State. This person is a true believer in the culture of continuous learning and training. He has experience in the development and nurturing of higher education ecosystems, skill progression, grass-root innovation, technology-enabled solutions, and community action learning for inclusive education. He has worked on the infrastructural gaps in education. His collaborative initiative has amplified the growth of the learners. Dr. Amiya Singh is fond of the digital education platform to initiate the smart learning system at Medhavi. Dr. Amiya Singh is one of the new-breed leaders to embrace skill-based learning, work-based education, placement assistance, optimization of the synergy of children and youth community, and digital literacy. Jassi Dimple is an established learning and development professional along with 27 Years of corporate experience, and social and entrepreneurial work experience. She has completed her B.Sc and postgraduate in Finance (MFC) and has experience in diversified industries and occupations. She is a Certified Professional, Behavioural and attributes Analyst (CPBA, CPAA) from Target Training International, Atlanta, adept at assessing, analyzing & debriefing behaviour and skills under the DISC and Axiology Models. She is a woman of hard work and passion and is associated with various levels of services to different organizations in more than 15 sectors of the economy. Her mission is to develop human capability.
She has a thoughtful and systematic approach to manifest the education at Medhavi. She is an explorer and believer in experiential learning methodologies. Her expertise includes competency mopping, development of competency-based occupational standards and curriculum, designing of content for ILT, and self-paced learning interventions. She has followed the adult learning methods for better support and has encouraged the logical sequence and progressive plan for better curriculum development. As a facilitator, she has organized skill-based learning and training to encourage education. She has a focus on the design and delivery of behavioral training as well as skill training. Jassi Dimple has created workshops and conducted training on various programs such as Managerial and personal effectiveness, leadership skills, teamwork, effective spoken and written communication, presentation and facilitation skills, customer service excellence, negotiation and influencing skills, time management, inclusion, empathy and emotional intelligence.
She has also been engaged in the development and progression of trainer and learner support media and capacity-building interventions for trainers, assessors & administrators. She has also been associated with the vocational training and skills space for the past 14 years. She is part of the different official bodies such as NSDC, NSDA, and DGET and has worked with them closely. The learning objectives of Jassi Dimple are to align the skills, knowledge, and competencies. Her knowledge has helped to structure and roll out the standards, preparing needed assessments, learning resources, and materials for corporate and vocational training.
