MBA in Operations Management is a two-year postgraduate program that focuses on the efficient planning, organization, and supervision of production, manufacturing, and service delivery processes. The syllabus is structured over two years, with progressive exposure to management, operations, and technology-driven courses, incorporating live projects and On-the-Job Training (OJT).

● Core Subjects: Principles of Management, Marketing Management, Financial Management, Managerial Accounting, and HR Management, Operations Research, Project Management, Total Quality Management, Procurement & Inventory Management, and Information Systems.
● Experiential Learning: Includes OJT roles (Task Manager, Team Manager, CSR and Sustainability Manager, Inventory Manager, Operations Manager etc.) in each semester, and live projects aligned with industry engagement for hands-on learning through on the job learning exposure.
● Advanced Skills: Covers Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, ERP, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, and emerging tools like AI, IoT, and Blockchain for real-world operational challenges.
● Holistic Development: Emphasizes strategic thinking, leadership readiness, innovation management, and ethical considerations for sustainable and effective operations leadership.
