The B.Voc. in Hospitality and Restaurant Operations is a 3-year work-integrated undergraduate program designed to prepare students for dynamic roles in the restaurant and food service industry. The program combines academic knowledge with immersive on-the-job training, enabling students to gain practical expertise in areas such as food and beverage service, restaurant management, kitchen operations, customer service, and modern dining experiences. Students undergo classroom training in the first semester, followed by paid internships across reputed restaurants, café chains, and hospitality establishments for the remaining duration. This ensures that graduates are industry-ready, skilled, and equipped for career growth in the global hospitality and restaurant sector.
